Summary:

The Pietet-Spengler reaction of L-tryptophan methyl ester hydrobromide with aldehyde was studied. The reaction was induced by a crystal process and a series of 1,3-second-generation -1,2,3, 4-tetrahydro-β-carboline compounds were synthesized with high stereoselectivity. Its structure was characterized by 1HNMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.

the present invention discloses the application of 5 ferrocene isophthaloyl tryptophan methyl ester as hydrogen phosphate ion selective electrode active carrier: the active carrier, plasticizer and PVC powder are dissolved in tetrahydrofuran in proportion to obtain the electrode film solution; The electrode film solution is placed at room temperature to be air-dried to obtain a PVC active film, which is sealed and bonded to the bottom of the electrode tube, 0.01mol/L KHPO solution was added as internal reference solution and inserted into AgAgCl internal reference electrode to obtain HPO ion selective electrode. The test found that when 5 ferrocene isophthaloyl tryptophan methyl ester was used as the active carrier to prepare hydrogen phosphate ion selective electrode, the detection limit of HPO ion concentration of the prepared electrode was as low as 8.4 × 10mol/L, and was less interfered by anions such as chloride ion, nitrate and sulfate ion.
